Penarth, 22 July 2026. Chatchaya Spa has launched a range of prepaid treatment packages, available to book now, offering regular guests savings of up to 25 per cent on facials, back and shoulder massage, and the spa's signature Japanese Head Spa treatment.
Two Bulk & Save bundles lead the range. 10 Express Facials are available for £300 — £30 a session, a saving of £100 — alongside 10 Back & Shoulder Massages, also £300. Both are valid for 12 months from purchase and can be shared with friends and family.
For guests who prefer a smaller commitment, the spa is offering 2 packages on a Buy 5, Get 1 Free basis — 6 sessions for the price of 5. 6 Express Facials cost £200 and 6 Japanese Head Spa sessions cost £400, with the sixth visit free in each case. These packages are valid for 8 months and can also be shared.
Redeeming a package is simple. Guests pay once, then book sessions as normal — in advance, subject to availability — with remaining sessions visible in their Fresha account. When a booked treatment matches one in the package, it is applied automatically at checkout, and the spa's team can also book sessions on a guest's behalf. Friends and family using a shared session should leave a note when booking with the name of the package holder. The spa recommends spacing visits out to get the best results, and the standard cancellation policy applies, with at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
The packages are designed for guests who visit regularly — whether for skin maintenance, relief from desk-bound tension, or the spa's scalp treatment and deep relaxation ritual — and allow them to pay once and book sessions on their own schedule. The Express Facial keeps skin clear, glowing and cared for; the Back & Shoulder Massage offers a quick reset for tight, desk-bound shoulders; and the Japanese Head Spa combines a scalp treatment with massage and deep relaxation.
